Looking for screen printing in Washington? Most DC shops will take your file and deliver boxes. We bring the press to the event and pull prints in front of your guests: the same ink and the same durability, plus a line of people watching.
Screen printing at your DC event
A standard station is two presses and two printers. It's the fastest method once screens are set, which is why it fits the busiest parts of a DC program: an expo booth at Walter E. Washington Convention Center, a registration desk, a festival lawn. Screens are burned in Fullerton before the kit ships, so art needs to be final about a week out.
Custom apparel we screen print
- Tees and tanks in a full XS–4XL run.
- Hoodies and crews for fall convention season.
- Totes and other flat goods.
Serving DC and the DMV
We set up across the District and cross into Maryland and Virginia for National Harbor, Arlington and Alexandria dates. Each press runs up to 60 shirts an hour, and a two-press station clears 100+.
Send the headcount and run time and we'll size the setup and send an itemized quote within 24 hours. More on live screen printing, how it compares with DTF, or request a quote.
Planning notes
When a screen beats a transfer
One design, one to three colors, a lot of people: that's the case for screens. When every shirt needs a different name, we add a DTF press beside it in the same footprint.
