On-site printing is same-day by definition. The station prints during your event, so guests leave wearing the merch instead of waiting for a box. For a DC event there's one catch worth saying plainly: same-day on the floor still means planning weeks ahead, because the gear ships from Fullerton.
Same-day merch, printed on site
Once the station is running there's no production lead time between the guest's choice and the finished piece. They pick, we print, they wear it, and each guest waits about two minutes. That's the part that feels instant.
What we turn around on the spot
- Tees and hoodies by screen printing or DTF.
- Caps and patches at the hat bar.
- Totes and promo goods for gifting tables.
Where it helps most in DC
Advocacy days and pop-ups often don't know final attendance until the week of. Printing on site means you order blanks to a range and print for the people who actually show up, with no shipment that can miss the event. Receptions work the same way: the shirt a guest leaves with is the one they picked.
Short on time? Plan on six to ten weeks for DC, but ask anyway; freight decides what's possible and we'll tell you within 24 hours. See the booking lead time, pricing, or request a quote.
Planning notes
Same day on the floor, weeks ahead on paper
The printing happens in the room. Everything that makes it possible, from art proofs to freight to the crew's flights, happens before. Lock the art about a week out and send the venue's load-in window early.
