National Harbor isn't in the District. It's across the Potomac in Prince George's County, Maryland, and it runs on the Gaylord National Resort's convention calendar: multi-day association meetings, ballroom summits and the galas that close them out.
A resort convention is a contained world. Attendees sleep, eat and meet in the same building for days, which gives a station more than one chance at every guest: registration, the expo hall, the evening reception. It also means the resort's own rules for electrical, freight receiving and vendor access apply. We work inside the venue's rules, so send us the requirements early. The kit ships freight from Fullerton and the crew arrives a day before load-in.
Built for a resort convention week
- Live screen printing for the expo hall, where the aisle feeds the press all day.
- Live DTF for chapter names at the closing gala.
- Live hat bar for a sponsor lounge between sessions.
- Promo & hard goods for a tote handed out at registration.
If part of the program moves into the city, the closest fit is usually a downtown hotel or a reception at the Wharf.
Each station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, ordered through the venue where that's required.
Send the dates, the ballroom or hall, and the attendance and we'll return an itemized quote within 24 hours.
