Merch Troop is a live event printing crew based in Fullerton, California. We don't keep a storefront in DC. We're the team that ships presses, blanks and road cases east, flies in a day before load-in, and makes merch in front of your guests. Washington is 2,281 straight-line miles from the shop, so every job here is planned around freight.
Why DC teams book us
- Five methods, one crew. DTF, hat bars, embroidery, promo goods and screen printing, mixed to fit the program.
- Built around the DC calendar. Registration mornings, fly-in receptions, convention weeks and galas each get a different station plan.
- Venue rules handled up front. Exhibitor manuals, electrical orders and load-in windows are part of the plan. We work inside the venue's rules.
- One itemized quote in 24 hours. Travel and lodging sit on it as a single fixed line.
We haven't published a Washington case study yet. You can see past activations from other cities on our main site.
