Live stations
Live Printing Services in Washington DC
Five stations, one crew. Which one belongs on your floor depends on the room and the run: a full press line for a show day at Walter E. Washington Convention Center, a compact single station for a Georgetown house or a hotel ballroom. Everything ships freight from Fullerton and the crew lands a day early, so setup happens on your schedule.
Most DC events run one method. The busy ones run two side by side, usually a press for volume and a second station for names or patches. Every station takes about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, and in a convention hall that power is an electrical order through the venue, so put it on the booth paperwork early. Pace runs up to 60 shirts an hour on one press and 100+ on our two-press live screen printing station; for the guest it's about two minutes at the table. Most DC live printing events come in between $5K and $15K all-in, with travel as one fixed line. Six to ten weeks is the window we ask for, because the presses go by freight from Fullerton and the crew lands a day before load-in. Tell us the room and the guest count and we'll say which pair earns its floor space, whether that's downtown, out at National Harbor or across the river in Arlington.
